Rebecca P. Biehslich
Rebecca P. Biehslich has a general civil practice which primarily includes divorce, child support, child custody, estate planning and probate, education/school law, business formations, and real estate transactions. She also has a criminal practice including traffic and DUI related offenses. Additionally, Rebecca currently serves as Corporate Counsel for the Fulton Electric System, Hickman Electric System, and the Fulton County Transit Authority. Rebecca is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the State of Tennessee.
Mrs. Biehslich obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandies School of Law in 1997. Mrs. Biehslich also holds a Master of Public Administration from Murray State University. She is admitted to practice in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and she is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky and all courts of the State of Tennessee.
Mrs. Biehslich is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, the 1 st Judicial Circuit Bar Association and the Obion County Bar Association. Rebecca resides in South Fulton, Tennessee with her husband, Bo Biehslich and daughter Averie Catherine.
