Allison S. Whitledge
Allison Whitledge has a general civil practice which primarily includes divorce, child support, child custody, estate planning and probate, education/school law, business formations, real estate transactions, and personal injuries. Additionally, Allison currently serves as Corporate Counsel for the City of Fulton, Kentucky and is the Weakley County Attorney for Weakley County, Tennessee. Allison is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the State of Tennessee.
Mrs. Whitledge obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 2003. She is admitted to practice in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and she is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky and all courts of the State of Tennessee.
Mrs. Whitledge is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, presently serves as President of the 1st Judicial Circuit Bar Association and is a member of the Martin Pilot Club and Martin Rotary Club civic organizations. Allison resides in Martin, Tennessee with her husband, Dr. Joshua Whitledge, daughter, Reagan and son, Drew.
